Donte’ Stallworth Suspended For 2009 Season
Former Tennessee receiver Donte’ Stallworth has been suspended without pay for the 2009 season. Stallworth pleaded guilty to DUI manslaughter in connection to a crash that killed Mario Reyes. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell did the right thing here by suspending Stallworth for more games than he suspended Michael Vick.
Florida Lineman Calls Kiffin Bozo
When asked what he would say to Tennessee coach Lane Kiffin if he passed him on the street, Florida offensive lineman Matt Patchan said, “I probably wouldn’t say anything to him. I’ve got nothing to say to the guy. He’s a bozo.” [Gator Sports] At least he didn’t call him “Eric the Clown”.
