Georgia quarterback Joe Cox said his rotator cuff is causing him problems, but the quarterback is expected to start today against South Carolina. This will be a very ugly SEC game and South Carolina's defense should cause problems for Cox and Georgia's offense. Expect Cox to struggle for the second week in a row.
