Bat S#!+ Crazy Predictions

Sometimes we’re right (“Duke will have a better record than UT at the end of October”) and sometimes we’re wrong (“Matt Ryan? He threw 19 interceptions as a senior. Got bust written all over him. He’s a Kmart version of Jake Delhomme”) but we’ve never been afraid to toss a  log into the fan and see if we can duck quickly enough.  Here’s a few more:

• By Week’s End: The Dodgers will have the third best record in the NL and less than a 2 game lead in the West. Got a really bad feeling that St. Louis is about to feast on the Dodgers tired arms. For all of our early season optimism, we’ll settle for a division title at this point.
• By Month’s End: Brett Favre will still not be a Viking. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, if Favre’s shoulder was right he’d be there now. Brett’s done.
• By Year’s End: Tim Tebow will have to miss 2 games or more to not win the Heisman trophy. The old school writers want to honor Tebow with his second trophy due to his character. Heck, they almost gave it to him last year with less than 3,000 yards passing and fewer rushing yards than Colt McCoy.
