What to Watch Tonight

We have sports in our title, but we here at HKS plan on giving you updates on movies, music and T.V. shows whenever we can. So get ready for the best sports information along with plenty of entertainment news.  Honestly, are you not sick of Brett Favre and Roy Halladay by now? For those of you that don’t mind branching out to the entertainment world, here is something besides sports that you should watch tonight.

Rescue Me – 10PM Eastern on FX New

Why do I feel like I am the only one that watches this show? Does nobody else appreciate Dennis Leary? Though he has had some clunkers over the years (Operation Dumbo Drop) this is by far the best work of Leary’s long career. 

Rescue Me is a show about firefighters that work in New York City.  The series deals with the drama of the men of the 62 truck and the dark humor that surrounds their lives.  Leary’s character, Tommy Gavin, is one of the craziest characters currently on T.V.  Currently in the fifth season, Gavin is drinking again and dealing with the insane women that he loves keeping around.  Tonight’s episode deals with an altercation Gavin had with a politician at a firefighter’s memorial earlier this season.  If you haven’t watched this show, tonight is the perfect night to jump on the Rescue Me bandwagon.
