Will Derrick Lowe Be Moved to the Bullpen?

Derrick Lowe

The AJC's Jeff Schultz brings up an interesting topic about the Atlanta Braves now that Tim Hudson picked up a win in his return to the mound last night. Schultz wonders if the Braves will move Derrick Lowe and $60 million to the bullpen. This is not what the Braves signed him for in the offseason, but Lowe did very well in the past working out of the bullpen and the Braves might need Hudson to make the playoffs. Lowe is 3-1 with a 5.08 ERA since August 1 and had the highest ERA out of the five starters on the Braves. This would be a very risky decision, but if Lowe wants to win another ring, he should have no problem with this decision.
