The Seattle Mariners surprised people today by turning into buyers after trading for Pittsburgh Pirates shortstop Jack Wilson and pitcher Ian Snell. The Mariners sent shortstop Ronny Cedeno, first baseman Jeff Clement and pitching prospects Aaron Pribanic, Brett Lorin and Nathan Adcock to the Pirates.
