Why can't athletes refrain from beating their wives or girlfriends? The latest idiot is former New York Yankees second baseman Chuck Knoblauch. He was arrested Friday night after he was accused of assaulting his wife by choking her. He caused redness around her neck and swelling near his wife's eye. Knoblauch was known for throwing errors past the first baseman's head and now he will be known for being another athlete that can't control his anger.
