Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco says he has a tweet surprise for the NFL. The Bengals receiver promises a Twitter surprise during the Bengals opener Sunday against the Denver Broncos. The NFL does not allow players to use Twitter, Facebook or other networks before or during games. Ochocinco claims he has found loopholes in the policy. Will Ochocinco break away from a defender and start Tweeting before he reaches the endzone?

He'll have someone else on the sideline (a non-player) hold his iPhone during the game and tweet what Ocho tells him to. Just my guess.
