*NFL Update*
A Philadelphia man claims he was caught in the crossfire during a shooting by former Indianapolis colts wide receiver Marvin Harrison and is suing the wide receiver. Robert Nixon claims the bullet is still lodged in his back. Nixon says Harrison shot another man with guns in both hands on April 29, 2008. Dwight Dixon was the first person that sued Harrison for a shooting that happened at a car wash owned by Harrison. [ESPN]
