NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell issued a conditional reinstatement for former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Michael Vick. Goodell will allow Vick to attend training camp if he signs with another team, but Vick will be suspended for the first four games of the 2009 season.[AJC] I consider this the first big mistake of Goodell's tenure. Vick has served his time, let the man play.
