Georgia defensive coordinator Willie Martinez has one of the hottest seats in all of college football and Georgia coach Mark Richt is starting to hear criticism from local and national analysts that are ripping his mediocre team. Georgia athletics director Damon Evans says he has some concerns about the state of Georgia's football team. Evans did say that he has total confidence that Richt will evaluate this Georgia team. This should not be looked at as the "dreaded vote of confidence" as Evans has a very good relationship with Richt. Martinez will get fired at some point this season and Richt will have to be the next one to go if the Bulldogs struggle again next season. It will be a shame if the Bulldogs ever let Richt go, but his future in Athens is not guaranteed like it was when the Bulldogs were competing for an SEC Championship.
